Delete your Valia account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Valia and sign in.
2. Tap “Plus” (More), then “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account).
3. Enter your password to confirm, then tap “Supprimer définitivement” (Delete permanently).

Without the app

Write to us from your account's email address, with the subject “Suppression de mon compte Valia” (Deletion of my Valia account) (button below). We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm it to you by email.

Data deleted

• Your account: email, first name, last name, canton, password.
• If you are responsible for a household: the household and all its data (accounts, transactions, budgets, income, expenses, goals, health insurance, pillar 3a, tax profile, reminders, members).
• If you are a member of someone else's household: you leave that household; its data stays with the person responsible for it.

Data retained

Only technical security logs (sign-ins, errors) are kept, for as long as strictly necessary for the security of the service, and then erased. Anonymous, aggregated statistics cannot be used to identify you.
