2019
Apprentice developer
The first lines of code, and a taste for a job well done.
Today, Dealmood & Solutions is a digital studio. But before the companies, there was a young man from Cameroon who spoke little and noticed everything.
Read his storyChapter 1 · The gaze
Jaures Beinjamin comes from Cameroon. People who crossed paths with him remember a quiet boy who spoke little and listened a lot.
That silence wasn't shyness. It was a way of understanding. He watched how things worked, how people worked, and above all what was holding them back.
Chapter 2 · 2019
In 2019, he started his career at the very bottom of the ladder, as a young apprentice developer. No shortcuts, no network: days spent learning, evenings spent going back over what he hadn't yet understood.
That's when he discovered something that would stay with him: good software isn't just about keeping machines running. It's about giving people their time back.
Chapter 3 · The community
With a friend, he co-founded a Microsoft community. The idea was simple: nobody should have to learn alone. Workshops, mutual support, knowledge sharing — the community grew with the people who brought it to life.
That commitment led him to become a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, then to be recognized as a Microsoft MVP, an award Microsoft gives to experts who share their knowledge with the community.
To him, the title was never an end in itself. It was proof that by sharing, you go further than you would alone.
Chapter 4 · The realization
Alongside this, he worked with several companies, both on site and remotely. And everywhere, his observer's eye ran into the same pattern: a pyramid-shaped, purely bureaucratic system.
Decisions climbing up one floor at a time and coming back down too late. Ideas dying in a queue of approvals. Skilled people, closest to the action, who never had a say. And clients left waiting without knowing why.
He didn't complain. True to himself, he watched, took notes, and understood. And he promised himself that one day he would build something different.
Chapter 5 · The beginning
That promise is called Dealmood & Solutions. A digital studio where every project is driven by the people who build it, where decisions are made quickly and at the right level, and where human relationships come before paperwork.
Today, the young apprentice who used to watch in silence runs a studio that builds end-to-end digital products, with the same discretion and the same high standards.
Chapter 6 · Today
The studio is now registered in Switzerland, Ireland, England and Cameroon. Its team works fully remotely, in English, French, German and Italian, with clients on several continents.
To prove its method, Dealmood designs, funds and evolves its own software: Valais Connect, the student-life platform for Valais with its AI assistant Gaspard; Web Audit Pro, a complete website audit in one click; and Valia, shared family finance management.
What it applies to its own products, it applies to its clients’ products: the same quality standards, the same transparency, and people who decide close to the work.
The people doing the work already know what needs to be decided. You just have to stop making them wait.
Founder A developer who came up through an apprenticeship, a community builder, then a recognized Microsoft MVP. Reserved by nature, he prefers to let the work speak for itself, and he built Dealmood so that the same holds true for his whole team.

A deal is first and foremost a relationship of trust. We keep bureaucracy to the bare minimum so our energy stays on what matters: your project.
No endless approval chain: you talk directly to the people who design and deliver. Decisions are made quickly, at the right level.
Inherited from the community, our culture of knowledge sharing: documentation, onboarding and clear explanations are part of every engagement.
No sales intermediary between your idea and the team: your questions go straight to the people who design and develop your product.
With no approval chain, a question gets a quick answer and a blocker is handled at the right level, straight away.
Regular demos, written decisions, risks flagged early: you always know where your project stands, and why.
Documentation and handover are part of every engagement: your team stays in control, with no needless dependency.
A few lines are enough: your idea, your need or your problem, in the language of your choice.
Someone from the team replies to you directly and suggests a first video call.
Together we clarify goals and scope, then you receive a clear estimate, step by step.
Talk directly to the people who will build your project. No layers, no detours.
