Updated October 21, 2026

In short

  • The Last Miner does not collect, transmit or share any personal data.
  • The game runs entirely offline: no account and no connection to our servers.
  • No advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics tools and no crash reports sent.
  • Your progress is stored only on your device.

Publisher

Dealmood Solutions, publisher of The Last Miner. Applicable law: Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

What is stored on your device

So that you can resume your game, the following is stored locally and never sent anywhere:

  • your progress: unlocked level, completed chapters, journal pages found;
  • your records: best score and greatest depth reached;
  • banked gold and the level of your upgrades;
  • your settings: difficulty, game speed, graphics quality, music, vibration, full screen.

Where this data is stored

  • Android — in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot access.
  • Windows — in your user registry (HKCU\Software\dealmood-solutions\The Last Miner), along with a local technical log (Player.log).
  • Linux — in the folder ~/.config/unity3d/dealmood-solutions/The Last Miner, along with a local technical log (Player.log).

The technical log is used only for troubleshooting on your computer; it is never sent.

Android permissions

  • Vibration — haptic feedback during play; can be turned off in the options.
  • Internet access — added automatically by the Unity engine; the game does not use it and makes no connections.

The game does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Third-party services

None. The game includes no advertising, analytics, sign-in, cloud save or payment SDK, and all of the Unity engine's online services are disabled. The store that distributes the game (for example Google Play) may process data under its own policy, independently of the game.

Children

The Last Miner is intended for players aged 13 and over (fantasy combat and weapons). Since the game collects no data, no children's data is processed.

Deleting your data

There is no account: we hold no data about you. To erase your progress, uninstall the game or clear its data (Android: Settings › Apps › The Last Miner › Storage › Clear data). On a computer, delete the registry key or folder listed above.

Changes to this policy

If a future version were to process data (an online leaderboard, for example), the feature would be optional and announced in the game, and this policy would be updated before its release. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
