# WhatsWay

Your customers are on WhatsApp. So is your business.

WhatsWay is the platform from Dealmood & Solutions LTD that turns WhatsApp Business into a genuine sales and service channel: large-scale campaigns, an inbox shared by the whole team, automations, an AI assistant, a widget for your website and recovery of abandoned carts. It is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.

The problem

## One phone for the whole team does not scale.

WhatsApp is the messaging app your customers open every day. But with the WhatsApp Business app alone, a team shares one phone, sends its promotions by hand and measures nothing.

### A single phone

Conversations stay on one device; it is impossible to split customers between several people.

### Manual sending

A promotion sent contact by contact, with no scheduling or personalisation.

### No measurement

How many messages were delivered, read, or answered? Nobody knows.

## The platform, as it really is

No mock-ups: the WhatsWay screens with Atelier Kone, a demo fashion boutique, its customers and its campaigns.

Features

## Sell, reply, automate

Everything you need to make WhatsApp a channel in its own right, from the first campaign to after-sales service.

### Campaigns

Send to groups, from a CSV file or via API, scheduled, paused or resumed, with delivered, read and replies.

### Shared inbox

All conversations live, assigned to agents, pinned, with media and template replies.

### Approved templates

Created in WhatsWay, submitted to Meta and synchronised: marketing, utility, authentication, carousel.

### Visual automations

A drag-and-drop flow editor: keywords, questions, delays, conditions, assignment and webhooks.

### AI assistant

Automatic replies trained on your documents, web pages and Q&As, with handover to a human.

### Contacts and groups

CSV or Excel import and export, groups, tags and segmentation.

### Widget for your website

A chat bubble to embed on your website, which replies with AI and sends leads to the shared inbox.

### Multiple numbers

Connection through Meta's embedded signup, health monitoring of each number and coexistence mode with the app.

### Analytics and reports

Delivery, read and reply rates, by period and by campaign, with export.

## For online shops

Connect Shopify or WooCommerce in a few clicks: WhatsWay takes over on WhatsApp.

- Abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp
- Order and shipping notifications
- Confirmation of cash-on-delivery orders
- Automatic customer synchronisation

## For developers

A documented REST API and webhooks to plug WhatsWay into your tools.

- REST API: messages, contacts, groups, templates and campaigns
- API keys and rate limits depending on the plan
- Webhooks: message received, status, campaign completed, template approved
- Built-in documentation and call log

SaaS model

## One platform, as many businesses as you like

Each business signs up, connects its WhatsApp numbers and chooses a plan. The platform console manages customers, plans and their limits, subscriptions and payments.

- Monthly or annual plans, with their limits and features
- Payment through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack or Mercado Pago
- Teams with roles and permissions: administrator, manager, agent
- Customisable platform name, logo, colours and languages

Platform console: the subscription plans

Technology & architecture

## Under the hood of WhatsWay

An end-to-end TypeScript application: React and Vite for the interface, Express for the API, PostgreSQL with Drizzle for data, Socket.IO for the live inbox and BullMQ to send campaigns at the pace Meta allows.

### The journey of a campaign

1. 1 · The team picks a Meta-approved template, the audience (groups, CSV file or API) and the send date.
2. 2 · A scheduled task launches the campaign; each recipient enters a BullMQ queue.
3. 3 · Messages are sent to the WhatsApp Cloud API at the rate allowed by the number's tier.
4. 4 · Meta's webhooks report delivered, read or failed; statistics update live.
5. 5 · Replies arrive in the shared inbox, where an agent, an automation or the AI takes over.
