Updated October 29, 2026 ## Who we are The controller is Dealmood & Solutions LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and, for people located in the European Union, the EU GDPR. For any question: contact@dealmood-solutions.com. ## The data we collect - **Contact and projects** — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you provide them, country, project type, budget and your message. - **Partnerships** — organisation name and website, registration number, contact person, email, phone and a description of the organisation's activity. - **Job applications** — name, email, phone, field, message and any documents you attach. - **Account** — name, email, password (stored as a hash), profile picture, published articles and Web Audit Pro reports. If you sign in with Google, GitHub or LinkedIn, we receive your name, email and picture from that service. - **Store** — name, delivery address, email, phone and order details. Payment is handled by PayPal: we never see your card details. - **Technical data** — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and security logs. Please do not send us sensitive data (health, opinions, bank details) through the forms. ## Why we use it - **Answering your requests** — quotes, projects, partnerships and job applications (steps before a contract and legitimate interests). - **Providing our services** — managing your account, your orders and the projects you entrust to us (performance of a contract). - **Complying with the law** — accounting, tax and requests from authorities (legal obligation). - **Protecting and improving the site** — security, abuse prevention and visitor statistics (legitimate interests, or consent for audience measurement). We do not sell your data and never add you to a marketing list without your agreement. ## Our providers They process data on our behalf, only for the service they provide: - **Vercel** — hosting and delivery of the website. - **Microsoft Azure** — hosting of our API and databases, in a data centre in Switzerland. - **Google** — Tag Manager and Analytics (audience measurement), fonts and sign-in with Google. - **GitHub, LinkedIn** — sign-in to your account, if you choose it. - **PayPal** — payment of store orders. - **Cloudflare** — delivery of the site icons (cdnjs). - **Gaspard** — our AI assistant: the messages you write to it are processed by our assistant service and by the provider of the AI model it uses. We may also share data with our advisers (accountants, lawyers) or with authorities when the law requires it. ## Transfers outside the United Kingdom Some providers process data in Switzerland, the European Union or the United States. These transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK-US Data Bridge or contractual clauses (the IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses). ## Retention periods - **Requests and correspondence** — 3 years after the last contact. - **Job applications** — 12 months after the end of the recruitment, unless you agree to a longer period. - **Account** — until it is deleted, which you can request at any time. - **Orders and invoices** — 6 years, as UK law requires for accounting records. - **Audience measurement** — 14 months at most. ## Cookies and local storage The site stores your preferences (theme, language), your sign-in session and your cart in your browser. These are needed for the site to work. Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager, sets audience measurement cookies (_ga). You can refuse them in your browser settings or with the Google opt-out add-on. We do not use any advertising cookies. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to us: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection authority, or with the authority of your country of residence.
